However, depending on your delivery address and the items in your shopping cart, the choices may vary.All available payment methods can be found in your shopping cart during the ordering process. When/How will I receive my invoice?
Once you have paid for your order, and as soon as it leaves our warehouse, you will receive your invoice as a digital PDF via email. Please keep this document carefully so that you can refer to it in case of any complaints.
How do I get a refund for a return?
If you are not satisfied with our products, you have the possibility to return them 14 days after receipt. If the return is legitimate, you will be refunded your money to the original method of payment. You can find out more about returns in our returns guide.
Why were not all ordered items delivered?
Even we can make mistakes. We are sorry if your order does not arrive complete. Please check first to see if your shipment may have arrived in multiple packages and one of them may still be in transit. If any items are missing within a package, please contact our customer service directly. We will find a solution!
