Shipping & Delivery costs
Speed and transparency are our strengths! Due to our vast experience in logistics and e-commerce, we know exactly what it takes to get the ordered products to you as quickly as possible. You can choose between different shipping methods and shipping service providers according to your preferences. Our default provider is GLS - but you can change this during the shopping cart or order process.
Your desired shipping address (if different from the billing address) must be in the same country as your billing address.
The shipping costs for B2C / private customers vary depending on the delivery country and shipping service provider. Please refer to the following (non-binding) table for the current rates. This serves as a guideline. The shipping costs determined in the course of the shopping cart are then binding.

The delivery time varies. Depending on which shipping service provider and delivery method you have chosen, different standard delivery times can be expected. We will inform you regularly about status changes of your order via e-mail. There you will also receive the track-and-trace link of the shipping service provider, where you can track the location of your order on a daily basis.
Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?Give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. Depending on the quantity and volume, this can take up to 48 hours. However, as a rule, B2C private customer orders are shipped on the same day if the order is received by 14:00!
The package has been sent, but has not yet arrived! - Where is my package? Please check where your package is at the moment by using the track-and-trace link you received via email. Often there can be longer waiting times during delivery, e.g. in distribution centers, which delays the delivery. However, the delivery should not take longer than 1 week in any case. In such cases, we are happy to help - contact our customer service or shipping carrier!
Why have not all items been delivered?
Even we can make mistakes. We are sorry if your order does not arrive complete. Please check first to see if your shipment may have arrived in multiple packages and one of them may still be in transit. If any items are missing within a package, please contact our customer service directly. We will find a solution!
